So P's dad hauled the powerwasher down and they got to work!

What a difference in the deck:

After a good washin' on 6/12/09, squeaky clean!

What do you know? Our house isn't gray! It's beige/offwhite!

Stain has been picked out for the deck. A lovely cappucino color. I'm hoping it looks lovely and complements the house well :) Hopefully the rain cooperates this week. Cross your fingers!
